Every year, we try to have a Churchyard Tidy and Church Spring Clean event!
This year, it’s going to be on 16th March, starting at 10am (till 12noon). Everyone is invited, and it really is a case of “the more- the merrier!”
Outside, the work includes clearing ivy off trees and making sure that bushes and branches are not getting out of hand. Bring secateurs and loppers and related implements if you are able to help with this.
Inside, there is sweeping and de-cobwebbing, mopping, wiping and dusting. We have some brooms, brushes and cloths, so just bring yourself!
There will be refreshments served, and a chance, as always for conversation with other Waresiders.
