Our annual Churchyard Tidy and Church Spring Clean event is approaching!
This year, it’s going to be on Saturday 15th March, starting at 10am (till 12noon). Everyone is invited: many hands make light work!
As usual, the churchyard the work includes, but is not limited to clearing ivy off trees and making sure that bushes and branches are not getting out of hand. Bring secateurs and loppers and related implements if you are able to help with this.
The church building requires sweeping and de-cobwebbing, mopping, wiping and dusting. We have some brooms, brushes and cloths, so just bring hands and arms and elbow grease!
There will be refreshments served, and a chance, as always for conversation with other Waresiders.
